Abstract

One of the main problems facing Humanity and around which new social movements are structured, unresolved conflicts and dilemmas that in the short term have made crisis; It is that of scarcity, misuse and inadequate distribution of quality water. It is essential to start from the recognition that the use of water is related to production and consumption models, which has often been done irresponsibly and without thinking about future consequences.
