Abstract

The Sars-Cov-2 pandemic has turned out to be more complex and protracted than many expected. This has come to change the context in which the social sciences analyze the various phenomena. For many, COVID-19 has exacerbated inequalities and exposed underlying structures of exclusion. At the same time, it has accentuated problems that already existed before the pandemic, such as social and economic polarization, racism, xenophobia, fear, or the construction of borders to achieve the exclusion of different people.
